COVID-19 Situation at V Building as of 16th March 2022

สืบเนื่องจากเหตุการณ์ที่บุคลากรส่วนกลางของสถาบันฯ ซึ่งปฎิบัติงานในหน่วยงานบัญชีและการเงิน (อาคาร V ชั้น 2) เป็นผู้มีความเสี่ยงติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ขึ้นจำนวน 1 ท่าน เนื่องจากทำการตรวจหาเชื้อโดยวิธี ATK แล้วได้ผลเป็นบวก ขอรบกวนให้ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำและแนวทางดังต่อไปนี้ครับ
1). ขอให้ทุกท่านที่ใกล้ชิดกับบุคลากรในหน่วยงานดังกล่าว (แผนกบัญชี การเงิน และ จัดซื้อ) ทำการกักตัวที่ห้องพักในช่วงนี้ จนถึงวันอาทิตย์ที่ 20 มีนาคม 2565 และขอให้ทำการตรวจ ATK อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้งในช่วงเวลากักตัวครั้งนี้ และทำการ ATK อีกครั้งในวันจันทร์ที่ 21 มีนาคม (ก่อนกลับเข้ามาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในวันจันทร์ที่ 21 มีนาคม 2565)
2). บุคลากรทุกท่านที่มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องเข้าพื้นที่ที่ใกล้ชิดหน่วยงานดังกล่าวข้างต้น ขอให้รอจนกว่าการอบฆ่าเชื้อด้วยโอโซนเสร็จสิ้นก่อน ซึ่งได้เรื่มดำเนินการไปแล้วในช่วงเช้าของวันพุธที่ 16 มีนาคม 2565 บุคค
3). หากมีตรวจพบบุคลากรติดเชื้อเพิ่มเติม ขอให้แจ้งเข้ามาที่คณะทำงานฯ ด้วยครับ
ทั้งนี้ทางทีมงานจึงของดการนั่งทำงานที่บริเวณชั้น 2 ของอาคาร V จนถึงวันจันทร์ที่ 21 มีนาคม 2565
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบและพิจารณาปฏิบัติตามมาตรการดังกล่าวต่อไป

Dear All,
According to the situation where one of VISTEC staff who works in financing and accounting department (located on 2nd Floor of V Building) having tested positive for COVID-19 by ATK method. The War Room team has therefore proceeded in accordance with the measures in place as follows
1). Have close-contact persons (financing, accounting, and procurement department) undergo the required self-quarantine at their place until Sunday 20th March 2022. During the self-quarantine, the person should perform the ATK test at least one time and ultimately perform the ATK test on Monday 21st March 2022 right before entering VISTEC area.
2). Any personnel who need to enter the high-risk area mentioned above waits until the ozone sterilization has been complete which was already initialized on the morning of Wednesday 16th March 2022.
3). In the case of any other personnel is found positive for COVID-19 please inform the War Room team accordingly.
Pleased be noted that the 2nd flood of V building area will be temporarily closed for working until Monday 21st March 2022.
